Dr. Ghislaine Caulat, MA, MSc, DPROF
Ghislaine has over 18 years of consulting experience across industries and continents. Having also worked for many years as a manager at Daimler and Beiersdorf she has a good understanding of what it takes to lead and manage in complex multinational organizations.
Ghislaine often works at the intersection of leadership, strategy and change and helps leaders to make strategies happen. Over the last 15 years she has led and/or contributed to major change and development projects for global organizations in the automotive, engineering, telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries as well as for global organizations in the public sector.
Lysette Kabeya, BA, MSc
Lysette joined Black Gazelle Consulting in 2023 as a programme manager and technical facilitator after six years at the King’s Fund (UK). At the King’s Fund, she worked in the Leadership and Organizational Department, supporting the delivery of leadership programmes both face-to-face and virtually.
Prior to that, Lysette worked at the MS Society (National Multiple Sclerosis Society, UK), operating across multiple departments supporting and managing the operations team.
Lysette recently completed an MSc in Business Psychology with a particular focus on remote working teams and their response to change and has since developed an interest in wellbeing at work. Lysette also has a BA in International Relations from the University of Sussex (UK) and has an interest in social issues as well as organisational culture change work particularly around EDI.
Erik van Kempen, MSC
Erik joined Black Gazelle Consulting in 2015 to support the virtual training as a technical facilitator. Although he graduated as a Master of Science in Health Sciences at the University of Maastricht, in the Netherlands, Erik found his way in big companies in other branches, such as DHL, DSM and Randstad in an early stage of his career. He has a very broad background in ICT, Finance and Learning & Development.
For the past 13 years, he has worked as an analyst in all three disciplines. His main role has been about building bridges between developers, users and managers and optimizing processes of all kinds.
In the past 5 years, Erik has been active in Learning & Development, mainly focusing on the creation and coordination of e-learning activities as well as on the facilitation of virtual training.
His passion is about getting things done and the transfer of knowledge. He is always looking for innovative and sustainable solutions. Combining the fun with the complexity of any of his assignments makes a perfect working day in his eyes.
Jean Klotz
She gained 6 years of experience at Ashridge Executive Education as a Conference & Event Coordinator and Project Specialist for Leadership Development Programmes across different industry sectors. Jean then moved into the FMCG industry, where a big part of her role was to train departments virtually on various online platforms internationally for 4 years.
For the last 2 years, she has become a virtual facilitator for personal development, guiding individuals to progress in their career and personal life. In addition, she is working as an Event & Community Manager in Germany based on virtual self-organisation.
Her passion is working flexibly and self-governed across different areas based on her strength of supporting individuals and organisations in their development and vision. Jean has lived and worked in 4 countries. She works in English and German.
Marco Saifl is a sophisticated AI agent designed to streamline and enhance email communication and business development efforts. Marco uses predictive analytics to craft tailored messages that resonate with each recipient’s specific needs and interests, significantly improving response rates and conversions. His adaptability ensures he refines his approach based on real-time feedback, making his outreach smarter and more effective over time.
Beyond outreach, Marco functions as a dynamic business intelligence assistant. He tracks engagement metrics, provides detailed reports on campaign performance, and offers actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
